Vintage Design
Danish furniture designer Erik Buck had over 30 commercially successful production designs over his career but none so famous as his ‘Model 49’; the dining chair he designed for Oddense Maskinsnedkeri in 1949. Through the years, the design knew an impressive popularity and could be found in many homes around the world. These now iconic chairs are coveted by vintage lovers worldwide and the original early examples have even become great heirloom collectibles.
